Magui comes to us from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Magui is a food engineer specializing in wine and spirit production, and filtration. Magui is extensively trained in sensory evaluation.  Magui’s best friend is Yerba Mate; she shares a strong connection and depth of knowledge of the amazing South American plant.

Andrew Goulet

Andrew was born and raised in Canmore, but spent most of his life studying and working worldwide. Andrew is a chemical engineer, specializing in beverage production. Andrew is an award-winning brewmaster with a deep knowledge of fermentation and its potential in beverages beyond alcohol production.

Kelvin is an award-winning architect hailing from Toronto. With over 10 years of architectural experience, his professional journey has taken him through Vancouver, Montreal, Toronto, and Kyoto. Kelvin brings his collaboration to Nikita through his passion for Japanese culture and tea, and for data science.
